Vietnam Tour: The Best of Vietnam In 6 Days

Arrive Tan Son Nhat airport – Tour guide and driver welcome you at the airport. 

Transfer to Cu Chi tunnels Ben Dinh (1,5 hours). 

Explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, crawling through narrow passages and seeing the conditions that soldiers lived in during the war. Learn about the history and culture of Vietnam and gain insight into the ingenious tactics and strategies that were employed during the conflict. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

After 2 hours of visiting, we will turn back to Saigon. 

Check in Hotel and free at leisure. 

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. 

Have early breakfast at the hotel. 

8.00 am, pick-up early and move to My Tho city (~ 1.5 hours driving) 

Travel on a boat along the Mekong Delta, which is a charming and serene canal that passes through plantations of coconut palms and lush green scenery. 

Visit the coconut processing facilities along the riverbank and observe the transportation of goods by boat on the river. 

Keep going to the coconut processing facilities for peeling, cracking, prying, and shredding. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

Discover a small waterway lined with coconut palm trees, where visitors can take a rowboat and enjoy the peaceful scenery meanwhile sip on some fresh coconut water before continuing the trip with a look at the fishing net-weaving scenery by the river. 

Visit a coconut candy workshop, indulge in hot coconut candies, and taste seasonal fruits and honey tea. 

3.00 pm, return to Ho Chi Minh city  

5.00 pm, drop off Tan Son Nhat airport for the flight to Da Nang. 

Driver will pick you up at Da Nang airport and then transfer to hotel.

Overnight in Da Nang. 

Having breakfast at the hotel 

8.00 am, tourguide and car will pick you up at your hotel and then transfer to Hue city (~ 2 hours driving). You will have a chance to discover the beautiful Hue city. 

10.00 am, take a dragon boat to the first place, Thien Mu pagoda (Heaven Fairy Lady Pagoda) – the oldest pagoda in Hue city. The 30 min boat drive to the pagoda in the morning will be a great start for the journey. Fresh air from Perfume river will make you very comfortable. 

11.00 am, our car will take you to Dong Ba market – the busiest market in Hue with various kinds of foods and goods. Here you can see how the local people buy and sale things. This is also a chance for you to buy souvenirs for your friends and family. 

12:00 am: Lunch at a local Restaurant with Western, Asia and Viet Nam Food. Take a rest before continuing the trip to visit the tombs. 

1.30 pm, visit The Citadel – Imperial city is the home of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty – the Nguyen Dynasty. 

3.30 pm, drive back to Da Nang and take a rest 

Dinner on your own. 

Overnight in Da Nang. 

Have early breakfast at the hotel 

8.00 am, pick-up at hotel and transfer to Ba Na Hills (around 1 hour) 

Check-in Sun World station and visit Ba Na Hills. 

Lunch in Ba Na. 

3.00 pm, turn back the station, transfer to the airport for the flight to Ha Noi.

Have early breakfast at the hotel 

7.30 am, driver will pick you up in the city center of Ha Noi and transfer to Ha Long Bay  

10.00 am, boarding the cruise and welcome drink  

10.00 am - 11.30 am, admire the majestic scenery of the limestone mountains while cruising through the Ha Long and Bai Tu Long area  

11.30 am – 12.30 am, visit the Surprising Cave - the largest and most beautiful limestone cave in Ha Long Bay or Ti Top Island - where tourists can participate in swimming or climbing activities and admire the beautiful scenery with a 360-degree view of the entire bay.  

12.30 am – 2.00 pm, a luxurious lunch will be served at the restaurant as the cruise ship moves through the famous areas of Ha Long Bay: Luon Cave, Fairy Lake Cave, Drum Cave, Cua Van Fishing Village, and the Maze Cave  

2.00 pm – 3.00 pm, visit the Tung Sau Pearl Farm. Tourists can visit the process of pearl farming or experience kayaking here (at their own expense) 

4.30 pm, boat arrives at the port and transfers to Ha Noi  

7.00 pm, drop-off at your accommodation.  

Have dinner on your own. 

Overnight in Ha Noi. 

Have breakfast at the hotel. 

8.00 am, tour guide and car pick up and head to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you will see the embalmed body of Vietnam's former leader Ho Chi Minh.  

After that, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a historic Buddhist temple built in 1049.  

Next, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, and a beautiful example of traditional Vietnamese architecture.  

Have lunch at a local restaurant.  

Continue to the Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, where you can learn about the legend of the lake's mythical turtle and visit the temple dedicated to General Tran Hung Dao.  

~ 2.00 pm, transfer to Noi Bai airport for the an international flight. (~45 minutes driving).
