Vietnam Escapade: A 7-Day of Wonder and Delight

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport – The tour guide and driver welcome you at the airport and then transfer you to the hotel in the city center. It is time to freshen up and have a short rest after a long flight. 

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city. 

8.00, pick-up at the hotel and transfer to Cu Chi tunnels Ben Dinh (1,5 hours). 

Visit the underground living quarters, weapon caches, and trap doors, and understand how the tunnels were constructed and used  

After 2 hours of visiting, we will turn back to Saigon. 

Lunch at the local restaurant in Saigon 

City Tour starts with Remnant War-museum, Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral (maintenance), Central Post Office, Opera House. 

Dinner on your own. 

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City 

Have breakfast at the hotel. 

8.00, pick up early and move to Ben Tre Province, then rowing boat along the canals to admire the sunrise. 

Visit local traditional charcoal kilns, boat trip crossing the Mekong River, Biking trip around the village, and visit a special farm. 

At noon, have lunch at a local restaurant.  

Enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees. Along Vam Xep canals, taste some seasonal fruit, honey tea, and some folk music performances by the locals.   

Visit a family business with the idyllic rural lifestyle and observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village.  After that, return to Ho Chi Minh City. 

Head straight to Saigon. 

Dinner on your own. 

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. 

Have breakfast at the hotel. 

Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport to take a morning flight to Ha Noi. 

On arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

Then take a city tour visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you will see the embalmed body of Vietnam's former leader Ho Chi Minh.  

After that, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a historic Buddhist temple built in 1049.  

Next, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university and a beautiful example of traditional Vietnamese architecture. 

Check in hotel and take a rest. 

Overnight in Ha Noi. 

Have breakfast at the hotel. 

8.00, departure for Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua cave, 

enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way. 

10h30, visit Hoa Lu - the Ancient Royal capital 

of Viet Nam. We will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple, in the 10th century, finding out the heroic 

histories of these two Kings in Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km from Hoa Lu). 

11h30, admire the architecture and beauty of Ninh Binh province’s famous ancient pagoda of Bich Dong. 

12h30, have lunch at a local restaurant.  

After lunch you will get on bamboo boat - rowed by the local people - in Hoang Long river to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way. You pass through three enormous caves that provide a brief respite from the intense summer sun. It takes approximately two hours to go up and down the river, and along the way, you witness local fisherfolk, village life along the river, and, of course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous for. 

17h00, go back to Ha Noi. 

Overnight in Ha Noi. 

Have early breakfast at the hotel. 

8.00, start our adventure in Ha Long Bay in the Quang Ninh province. 

Once we arrive at the Tuan Chau Port, at 12.00, you will onboard where our crew will receive you with open arms. Then, you will be served lunch in the dining room, while you enjoy the boat’s cruise through Halong Bay. 

If you are up for an adventure, then you can take part in an 1-hour kayaking tour around the beautiful floating village area. You can also swim as much as you want, as long as the weather is excellent. 

After a time in the water, you will come back to the boat for a nice sunset party on the sundeck. 

You will be served an excellent dinner cooked by an experienced and talented chef. In the evening, it will be time to relax: you can sing, walk around, practice squid fishing, and meet other people,.. 

Overnight on cruise. 

A delicious breakfast to kick start your day: eggs, delicious coffee, aromatic tea and toasts. 

Then, we will embark ourselves to discover the most beautiful and captivating cave in the Halong Bay: Surprising Cave. As we continue our journey, you will see many islets and islands that plot together to give the Halong Bay its mystical and special beauty and atmosphere. 

Then we will come back to the pier while you enjoy of an exquisite lunch. 

Once you arrive at the pier, we will say bye to the crew and get on the bust that will take you to Hanoi (~2 hours driving). 

Transfer to Noi Bai airport for the international flight.
