Cu Chi Tunnels and Ho Chi Minh City

Pick up at your hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh city and kick start to discover Cu Chi tunnels. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi tunnels.
Upon arrival at Cu Chi, set out to discover the famous Cu Chi Tunnels. Visit the tunnels and learn about the intricate system that the Viet Cong used during the Vietnam War. The tour guide will explain how the tunnels were used for communication, supply routes, and living quarters for the soldiers. Then, take a walk in the jungle, including a visit to the underground living quarters, weapon caches, and trap doors, and understand how the tunnels were constructed and used by the Viet Cong.

Moreover, you also have a great opportunity to crawl through a section of the tunnels (for those who are physically able and willing)
Take an optional visit to the shooting range, where you can fire a variety of weapons used during the Vietnam War, such as the M16, AK47, and M60 (at personal expense)
Stop at Vinh Nghiem Pagoda for a visit and have lunch with vegetarian cuisine.

Transfer to the Notre Dame Cathedral, considered the city's most picturesque location. Notre Dame Cathedral has survived for almost 140 years, through numerous political and historical changes, and it still stands there and defies the passing of time.

Stroll along "Paris Commune Square” to Central Post Office to view the special French architectural structure which is over 100 years old.
Transfer to Independence Palace which played a crucial role in Vietnam's history, serving as the site of several important political events, including the end of the Vietnam War in 1975. In this spot, you may not have enough time to go inside the palace, but you can walk around the perimeter to see the building's exterior and take some pictures.
Hop on a cyclo for a short trip around the city center (~30 minutes)/At the end of the tour, drop back to the hotel
